End user manageable “Menu Programs”, “Day Menus” and "Default Menus” with various options including the ability to assign those menus to individual patients with varying dietary conditions.
 
Integration with the Patient Management System enabling efficient reporting and management of patient diet code changes, admissions, discharges and bed movements.
 
Compressive order taking system with features such as dynamic patient menu changes based on the patients’ diet code changes in the Patient Management System, Automatic default menu ordering for late admissions and recognition of nil by mouth patients.
   
End user configurable “Tray label layouts”, “Food Production Reports”,
   
End user configurable Tablet PC and Desktop PC Order taking screens, Meal order limits and number of other areas.
   
Comprehensive cost analysis system including meal based and tray based cost reporting.
   
Support for multiple order taking devices within a single Hospital. Currently supports Personal Digital Assistant (PDA), Tablet PC, Notebook and Desktop PC for order taking.

Supplementary Food Module: A tool for Dieticians to manage supplementary food ordering and monitoring based on the individual  inpatient needs.
   
Nutrition Analysis Module: A nutrition analysis tool integrated with AUSNUT database.
   
Kitchen Inventory Module: Comprehensive inventory system integrated with ChefMax production reports and tray labels to perform automatic balance adjustment with food utilisation in ChefMax. This module also allows the staff to perform normal inventory receipts and issues and purchase order creation.
   
Function Booking Module: Completely independent system to manage in house meeting rooms, related equipment and catering orders including management reports and invoice printing.
   
Meals on Wheels Module: Fully integrated with Chefmax to utilise ChefMax menu programs and the Day Menus for meals on wheels. Futures include reporting, invoicing, delivery sheets and food container labels.
